Tracey Dailly – Director
Tracey has worked as a Case Manager since 2011. Initially Tracey worked with Brownbill Associates Ltd and then with AJ Case Management Ltd from March 2013 until 2018.
Since that time Tracey has been running her own therapy and case management business and is a co-founder of the Neuro Rehab Group, which is a collaboration of therapy companies and offers an inter-disciplinary approach to managing clients with acquired brain injuries.
Tracey qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 1996. She has a wide range of experience working with children and adults with complex additional needs.
Tracey started working with children and adults with complex additional needs shortly after qualifying and progressed to leading the school aged service for children who attended special schools within her local authority area.
In 2008 Tracey became part of the Community Learning Disability Team within her trust and benefited from working closely with a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency team.
The team worked mainly with adults living in the community with very complex needs and often with adults with very challenging behaviour.
In 2011 Tracey relocated from Scotland to England and began working as a Brain Injury Case Manager. Tracey also developed her own Speech and Language Therapy Practice working with complex clients with communication support needs as well as providing reports to the Courts to assist in litigation claims and education tribunals.
During the last ten years working as a Case Manager Tracey has developed her skills and knowledge working with clients and families who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and orthopaedic injuries as a result of accidents or clinical negligence.
Tracey is passionate about ensuring her clients receive care and support which is person centered and tailored to the individual person’s needs from the point of initial assessment onwards. She works in close partnership with clients and their families to support them through each step.
Tracey has the skills and experience required to identify, organise and coordinate an effective multi-disciplinary team. She works with the therapy team to ensure that they are able to provide a clear therapy plan and demonstrate the effectiveness of their input.
Tracey has a great deal of experience recruiting and managing bespoke care teams. The client and his or her family are fully included in this process which empowers clients and their families and results in the recruitment of high quality support workers.
Tracey also has experience working with clients and Financial Deputies when purchasing and adapting appropriate properties.
Tracey has a good understanding and is experienced in all aspects of brain injury, including the cognitive, behavioural and physical issues following a brain injury.
Tracey has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is able to provide clear and comprehensive reports.
Tracey has worked with Solicitors to support clients through the complex process of litigation and is extremely experienced in the whole journey.
